The Yuki Tyan Slow reel is tailored for surfcasting anglers who look for clean casting and zero line snags. Its ultra-slow oscillation system paired with a 4.1:1 gear ratio lays every line turn perfectly parallel and flat across the spool.

This slower mechanical drive adds solid durability to the internal gearing during steady retrieving. Because the line lays completely flat, thin braided lines and fine monofilaments will not dig into lower coils under load, letting your mainline slip off the spool lip with minimal resistance.

It comes ready with two aluminum spools right out of the box: an 8000 size ideal for light lines and extra casting distance, and a 9000 size offering extra line capacity when rough surf requires heavier line diameters.

The 20 kg front drag gives you steady control to work the fish safely right through the surf line. Built to handle sand and wet beaches, it features SWP saltwater sealing, 6+1 bearings, a machined CNC aluminum handle, and an ergonomic EVA knob that stays secure even with wet hands.
